Kamloops Festival of the Performing Arts monthly meetings:

1st Thursday of every month - 298 McGill Road - most meetings are approximately 1 1/2 hours in length
                                                If you can spare 90 minutes a month for about 10 months of the year and then about 4 hours a
                                                month for the other 2 - you could become a part of the "Arts" in Kamloops, helping all children
                                                appreciate the arts and develop self-esteem and respect for themselves and others.
                                                Join us and see what you can do to better your community!

The first meeting of the 2009-2010 year is September 3rd, 0930am - join us to help make the 2010 festival great!

In an effort to encourage people to volunteer and be a part of the festival, we tried alternating our meetings to allow working people to attend meetings as well. So, we will continue this again for the 2009-2010 year. We will alternate our meetings each month - one in the evening and one in the morning. So September, November, January will be 9:30am and October, December, February will be 7:30pm - all at 298 McGill Road.

The Kamloops Festival of the Performing Art 2010 Festival will commence on February 21st, 2010

The Festival office will be open from February 21st until March 6th, 2010 at the Accent Inns - phone 250-682-7594
Spring Break is March 7th - March 13th

The Dance portion of the Festival will continue from March 14th - March 20th inclusive - with the office being at 298 McGill for that week.

The Festival is run entirely by volunteers - if you wish to donate a few hours of your time , please contact any of the festival committees and spend some time helping the festival while you enjoy 2-3 hours of entertainment by Kamloops performers.
